• Have a valid MetaTrader 5 trading account to use our products

3.1 Product Description

We sell digital software products including trading indicators, Expert Advisors (EAs), automated trading systems, trading dashboards, and analysis tools for MetaTrader 5.

4. License Terms

4.1 License Grant

Upon successful purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased software:

• Valid for the MT5 Account ID(s) specified during purchase (max 5)
• For personal or commercial trading use only
• Perpetual unless terminated for breach of these Terms

4.2 License Restrictions

You may NOT: copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, rent, lease, sublicense, resell the software, or share your license with others.

5. Payments

We accept cryptocurrency payments (BTC, ETH, TRX, SOL). Payment must be completed within 24 hours. Prices are in USD. Exchange rates and network fees are the customer's responsibility.

6. Digital Delivery

Upon payment verification (1-24 hours), you receive download access through your account or order status page. Downloads are limited and products are delivered as ZIP archives with documentation.

Our affiliate program allows registered users to earn commissions by referring customers:

• Commission Rate: 40% on all referred sales
• Cookie Duration: 365 days - referrals tracked for this period
• Minimum Payout: $50 USD
• Payment Methods: Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, etc.)

Affiliate Program Rules:

• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited
• Spam, misleading promotions, or false advertising will result in termination
• Commissions on refunded orders will be reversed
• We reserve the right to modify commission rates with notice
• Accounts violating terms may be suspended and pending commissions forfeited

You agree not to: use products illegally, circumvent licensing, distribute malware, engage in fraud, or share/redistribute the software.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FX-Bot Pro from claims arising from your use of products, violation of Terms, or trading activities.

13. Termination

We may terminate your license immediately for breach of Terms, fraud, chargebacks, or unauthorized distribution. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
