Our commitment to fair and transparent refund practices

Policy Summary

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under specific circumstances outlined below.

1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on FX-Bot Pro are digital software products delivered electronically. Once a product is downloaded or the license is activated, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. This is why we maintain a generally strict refund policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

  • Product does not function as described
  • Major technical issues that cannot be resolved
  • Duplicate or accidental purchases
  • Product not delivered within 48 hours of payment verification
  • Significant discrepancy between description and actual product

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with trading results
  • Incompatibility with unsupported platforms
  • Product works but doesn't meet expectations
  • Failure to read product description
  • User configuration errors

3. Refund Request Timeframe

Important Deadline

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be considered except in exceptional circumstances.

4. Refund Process

Submit a Support Ticket

Contact us via our Contact Form with subject "Refund Request" including your order number and reason for the refund.

Provide Documentation

Include screenshots, error messages, or other evidence supporting your refund claim. The more detail you provide, the faster we can process your request.

Technical Support Attempt

Our support team may attempt to resolve technical issues before approving a refund. Please cooperate with troubleshooting requests.

Decision & Processing

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the same cryptocurrency used for the original purchase:

  • Refunds are issued in the cryptocurrency equivalent of the USD amount paid
  • Exchange rate fluctuations between purchase and refund are your responsibility
  • You must provide a valid wallet address for the refund cryptocurrency
  • Network transaction fees for the refund are deducted from the refund amount

7. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:

  • Product partially functions as described
  • Significant time has passed since purchase but issue is legitimate
  • Product was used for a period before issue was identified

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Warning

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in immediate termination of your license and may affect your ability to make future purchases. Chargebacks are considered fraud if a refund request was not made first.

9. License Revocation

Upon refund approval and processing:

  • Your software license will be immediately revoked
  • You must uninstall and delete all copies of the software
  • Continued use after refund is considered theft and may result in legal action

10. Exceptions

We reserve the right to:

  • Make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis
  • Deny refunds to customers who have previously abused our refund policy
  • Offer store credit instead of refunds in certain circumstances
  • Require additional verification before processing refunds
